I heard a story this morning that police were called to Alex Hawke's office in Castle Hill in Sydney because of an altercation between young NSW Liberals. This is the same group that say that homosexuals are "deviants". The report on ABC Radio said that 13 officers were sent as their was some violence. The person interviewed (Hawke?) said that it was the far right of the Young Liberals that turned up and caused the problem.

Imagine if this was young Labor - the "union thugs" meme would be all over the blogosphere.
